Our History
Founded in 2010, Psychiatric Services of Prescott was established with a simple yet powerful mission: to bring psychiatry back to a patient-centered model. From the beginning, our goal has been to provide care in a calm, comfortable, and private environment, where patients are seen not according to a corporate schedule, but when they need and want to be seen.
This approach has allowed us to build long-lasting relationships with individuals and families throughout Prescott and the surrounding area — and to make a meaningful impact on the mental well-being of our community.
Private Pay Practice
Psychiatric Services of Prescott is a private-pay practice. We are not contracted with any insurance providers and have opted out of Medicare. This allows us to deliver care without the limitations imposed by third-party payers and gives patients the freedom to schedule follow-ups based on clinical need and personal preference — not insurance approvals.

About Us
At Psychiatric Services of Prescott, we see adults in need of psychiatric care and assessment.
At Psychiatric Services of Prescott, we believe that effective mental health care must address the biological, psychological, and social aspects of each individual. Our treatment philosophy is rooted in the understanding that psychiatric concerns arise from the complex interaction of these factors — and therefore, successful outcomes require a thoughtful and integrated approach.
We are committed to providing high-quality, personalized psychiatric care in a setting that values privacy, respect, and compassion. Every patient is treated as a unique individual, with their spiritual beliefs, cultural background, and personal values fully respected and considered throughout the treatment process.
Our providers work collaboratively with patients to develop tailored treatment plans that reflect each person's specific needs and goals. We also recognize the vital role that family and support systems play in mental health, and we encourage their involvement when appropriate.
