Physician Associate

Deborah Pallett, PA-C, brings over 20 years of diverse clinical experience to her role as a physician associate, with a focus on compassionate, holistic mental health care.

She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Iowa, and her career has spanned primary care, oncology, dermatology, and over 10 years in psychiatry.

​

Deborah has provided psychiatric support in detox and treatment centers, where she worked closely with individuals facing substance use disorders and process addictions as well as primary psychiatric illnesses. Her approach emphasizes patient-centered care, combining clinical expertise with empathy and respect for each person's unique journey.

Before becoming a physician assistant, Deborah worked in environmental and experiential education and holds a master’s degree in Experiential Education from Northern Illinois University. She completed her undergraduate studies at Northern Arizona University.
